β Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong item.
- Items were missing from your order.

Β All gemstones are naturally formed and may vary slightly in size, color, texture, or pattern. These natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

- You must initiate a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests received after this window will not be accepted.

To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@auragem.site with:
- Order ID
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Reason for return
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
- Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup (where available) or provide return instructions.
π Replacement or Refund Process
- Replacement:
If the product is in stock, we will ship a replacement within 3β5 working days after return approval. - Refund:
If replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β7 working days after we receive the returned item.
β Non-Returnable Items
- Products bought during clearance sales or promotional discounts
- Products showing signs of wear, tampering, or misuse
- Opened or used gemstones
- Returns requested without valid proof of damage or issue

- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact.
- Improper packaging may result in rejection of the return.
