✅ Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Items were missing from your order.

Note:
 All gemstones are naturally formed and may vary slightly in size, color, texture, or pattern. These natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

⏰ Return Window

  • You must initiate a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requests received after this window will not be accepted.

📩 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@auragem.site with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Reason for return

  1. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

  2. Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup (where available) or provide return instructions.

🔁 Replacement or Refund Process

  • Replacement:
    If the product is in stock, we will ship a replacement within 3–5 working days after return approval.

  • Refund:
    If replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products bought during clearance sales or promotional discounts

  • Products showing signs of wear, tampering, or misuse

  • Opened or used gemstones

  • Returns requested without valid proof of damage or issue

📦 Return Packaging Guidelines

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact.

  • Improper packaging may result in rejection of the return.
